Returns
We accept the return of a product that has a manufacturer defect. In that case the product is replaced with a new one.
The reason for the return must be stated when the product is returned. Returns without a stated eligible reason are not accepted.
HARVESSO is a business-to-business supplier. Under Azerbaijani law the return terms are set out in detail in the contract concluded between the parties. This page is general information and does not replace that contract.
Delivery
There is no single lead time. For each order it depends on:
- the country the goods are shipped from;
- whether the item is in stock or has to be manufactured;
- the order quantity and the size of the load;
- packaging requirements.
The applicable lead time and delivery terms are stated in the quotation for your order and fixed in the contract.
