ROYAL BRINKMAN Recyclable AC-film AC2000 Gold is a ROYAL BRINKMAN product. AC-film is an increasingly important growing attribute due to higher energy costs. Anti-Condensation film ensures that condensation spreads across the film so that no drops end up on the crop. The film also ensures a warmer greenhouse climate, which is beneficial to young plants but also saves energy.
However, there is a problem after the AC-film has been drawn in: the AC-film cannot be recycled. The staples used to secure the film are difficult to separate by the waste processor. In cooperation with Oerlemans and grower Seasun, we have the solution: Recyclable AC-film. There are holes on both sides of the foil, which are made to measure. The strips are threaded together with pieces of ribbon of the same material as the AC-film. This allows the AC-film to be fully recycled after retraction.
