EMEC LOTUS EASY is a chlorine dioxide (ClO2) generator for water disinfection.
Chlorine dioxide is produced on site from diluted hydrochloric acid (HCl 9%) and sodium chlorite (NaClO2 7,5%) by the acid-chlorite process, then dosed proportionally to the water flow or to a measured setpoint.
An all-in-one unit: the LOTUS controller with two metering pumps, a reaction chamber and a static mixer on a 600 x 800 mm panel.
Chlorine dioxide concentration is 2 g/l and the working temperature range is 0-45 °C.
