EMEC lotus mini 84x84 con lettura is a chlorine dioxide (ClO2) generator for water disinfection.
Chlorine dioxide is produced on site from diluted hydrochloric acid (HCl 9%) and sodium chlorite (NaClO2 7,5%) by the acid-chlorite process, then dosed proportionally to the water flow or to a measured setpoint.
There is no storage of chlorine dioxide - it is produced proportionally and dosed straight into the flow, so no chlorine dioxide gas or concentrated solution exists outside the process.
Chlorine dioxide concentration is 2 g/l and the working temperature range is 0-45 °C.
